El centro de resoluciones te permitirá resolver o consultar las dudas más frecuentes antes, durante y hasta 15 días naturales después del proceso de reserva con nosotros. Si tiene dudas o una reclamación relacionada con nuestro servicio tan solo tendrás que hacerla llegar a través de este canal y contactaremos cuanto antes contigo.

  • Que documentos hace falta aportar para alquilar un vehículo?

    • Pasaporte, DNI/ NIE (de todos los conductores)
    • Permiso de conducir ( de todos los conductores)
    • Tarjeta bancaria a nombre del cliente (el conductor principal)
    • Justificante de la reserva

  • ¿Cuales son los métodos de pago en el alquiler del vehículo con nosotros?

    Los abonos de las reservas y los depósitos deberán ser pagadas a traves de tarjetas de crédito o credito/débito mixta Visa, AMEX, Mastercard o compatibles, también aceptamos pagos a través de Bizum y Paypal. Bajo ninguna premisa aceptaremos pagos en metálico salvo excepciones de fuerza mayor a considerar por la dirección de Auto Excellence | Mobility.

  • He realizado el pago a través de la página web autoexcellence.es, pero no he recibido el justificante de la reserva?

    Si Usted no ha recibido el justificante de la reserva, por favor, póngase en contacto con nosotros a través de info@autoxc.es. o llámenos directamente a nuestra centralita de atencion al cliente.

  • Cuál es el periodo mínimo y máximo de alquiler?

    • Mínimo: 24 horas
    • Máximo: 30 días

  • Me podrían garantizar un modelo concreto del vehículo?

    Intentaremos siempre entregarle el vehículo que aparece en su reserva, si por overbooking no disponemos en ese momento de su modelo requerido, nos comprometemos a buscar una alternativa de mismo segmento o superior. Si tiene algun requerimiento especial, le recomendamos que nos los especifique en el apartado correspondiente y haremos todo lo posible.

  • Si he realizado la reserva a través de los agencias intermediarias o brokers, puede Auto Excellence | Mobility asegurar el modelo requerido?

    No podemos garantizarle un modelo concreto para las reservas efectuadas a través de agencias o brókers, de forma exclusiva, no obstante nuestro compromiso de servicio garantiza lo siguiente:
    • Categoría de vehículo.
    • Carrocería
    • Potencia del vehículo igual o mayor.

  • Contratación de servicios adicionales.

    Todos los servicios adicionales disponibles, podrán ser adquiridos por usted a la hora de efectuar la reserva online, telefónica o a la hora de la recogida del vehículo.

  • Horarios de apertura, servicio y atención.

    En nuestra página web así como en nuestras cuentas de Google My Business y redes sociales, podrá ver el horario de atención al público de cada una de nuestras oficinas. De momento no disponemos de servicio de entrega del vehículo fuera de horas.

  • En el caso de un retraso del vuelo, me podrían proporcionar el vehículo fuera del horario de apertura de la oficina?

    Si Usted nos ha proporcionado la información de su vuelo, podremos planificar de manera previsoria su vehículo a la llegada a nuestras instalaciones realizando un seguimiento de los horarios de salida y llegada de los vuelos. Además podremos controlar los retrasos y demoras a su llegada para una mejor previsión de nuestra flota y la calidad de su servicio.   • ¿Qué ocurre si he olvidado avisar a tiempo sobre mi demora y no llego a la hora de la recogida del vehículo?

    Si excede el período de tiempo de cortesía de 60 minutos de espera, tendrá que esperar al horario comercial de apertura del siguiente día donde tendremos el vehículo listo para usted desde primera hora de la mañana. Si finalmente se produce una situación de NO-SHOW cargaremos el importe del primer día sin posibilidad de reembolso.

  • Podría efectuar la reserva y la recogida del vehículo el mismo día?

    Si se puede, no obstante, le recomendamos en estos casos ponerse en contacto verbalmente con nuestra oficina de alquileres.

  • Podría obtener un vehículo, directamente, sin efectuar una reserva previa?

    Si se puede, pudiendo ofrecerle los vehículos disponibles en ese momento que no tengan reserva previa. Le sugerimos que reserve con antelación para disponer de nuestra mejor flota.

  • Podría salir al extranjero con el vehículo alquilado?

    Queda terminantemente prohibido realizar desplazamientos fuera del territorio español.

  • Podría efectuar la devolución del vehículo en el otro punto, distinto del punto de recogida?

    Por el momento solo tenemos punto de devolución y recogida en nuestras oficinas.

  • Tendré que abonar un depósito a la hora de la recogida del vehículo?

    Si. Es una obligación para el cliente abonar el depósito a la hora de la recogida del vehículo. La cuantía del depósito depende del modelo del vehículo.
    Si, es un requerimiento obligatorio abonar un depósito a la retirada del vehículo el cual será devuelto íntegramente en la entrega al terminar el alquiler y siempre que no se hayan producido daños o un mal uso del vehículo hasta resolución de la incidencia.

  • En qué estado tengo que devolver el vehículo?

    El vehículo tiene que ser devuelto en condiciones aptas para el uso, es decir, en las mismas condiciones en las que le ha sido entregado el vehículo. Si Usted no ha adquirido la opción de prepago de combustible, tendrá que devolver el vehículo con el tanque lleno.

    El vehículo deberá ser devuelto en óptimas condiciones para volver a usarlo, teniendo en cuenta los márgenes de tolerancia a la suciedad propia de su uso. Si no ha pre-contratado la opcion de prepago de combustible, este deberá ser llenado antes de la devolución.

  • Qué hacer si no llego a tiempo para devolver el vehículo?

    En tal caso le recomendamos ponerse en contacto con nuestra oficina o rental agent de asistencia:
    • Hasta 1 hora de retraso: cortesía gratuita.
    • Retraso de hasta 2 horas: penalización 60€
    • Retraso desde 3 horas y más: penalización 60€ + importe del primer día de alquiler.

  • Que ocurre, si he devuelto el vehículo antes de la hora prevista para la entrega?

    En casos de devoluciones tempranas, la alquiladora no devolverá el importe por el tiempo no disfrutado.

  • Hace falta entrega el justificante de la reserva a la hora de la recogida del vehículo?

    Es necesario disponer del justificante de la reserva efectuada, independientemente del medio que se haya utilizado para ello, tanto la página web, agentes intermediarios etc.

  • Cuando me devolverán el importe abonado en concepto de depósito?

    La compañía, le cobra el depósito de su tarjeta bancaria y se lo reintegra, 15 días después de haber terminado el contrato de alquiler, siempre y cuando Usted no haya infringido las condiciones de contrato suscrito y el vehículo se haya entregado en condiciones aptas para su uso. En el caso de incumplimiento contractual por parte del cliente, nuevos desperfectos en el vehículo (siempre y cuando no se haya adquirido el seguro correspondiente), superación del límite máximo permitido en el kilometraje, el depósito incompleto, etc., la compañía se reserva el derecho de retener parcialmente o en su totalidad el importe del depósito.

  • Qué hacer si el vehículo se ha averiado?

    Usted tendrá que ponerse en contacto con los agentes de la oficina, en la cual ha suscrito el contrato de alquiler.

  • Que hacer en el caso del robo del vehículo?

    Usted tendrá que avisar, de forma inmediata, a los agentes de la policía o a los órganos pertinentes para ello y tendrá que entregar una copia de la denuncia, junto con las llaves del vehículo, en la oficina de más cercana.

  • Qué hacer si me han robado mis pertenencias del interior del vehículo?

    Ninguna modalidad del seguro cubre el robo de las cosas privadas del cliente, y por ello Auto Excellence Car Rental no es responsable de ello.

  • Que puedo hacer si una grúa municipal me ha retirado el vehículo?

    Póngase en contacto con la oficina de la policía local. Usted tendrá que dirigirse hacia el deposito local de vehículos (en el lugar de aparcamiento del vehículo Usted encontrará una pegatina con la dirección y con los datos de contacto del depósito de vehículos), abonar la multa correspondiente y el coste de la grúa. En este caso, Auto Excellence Car Rental no se hace responsable de los costes de la retirada y la devolución del vehículo.
    ATENCIÓN!
    Para retirar el vehículo, llévese con Usted el contrato de alquiler y su documento de identidad correspondiente.

  • Como tengo que proceder en el caso de accidente?

    En el caso, si Usted, o cualquiera de los pasajeros del vehículo contrario haya obtenido daños y necesita ayuda médica, hace falta, de forma urgente, ponerse en contacto con el servicio de urgencia 112. Le rogamos prestar su máxima cautela al abandonar el vehículo, con el fin de colocar las correspondientes señales de avería. En el maletero del vehículo, usted encontrará todos los elementos de seguridad necesarios. En el caso de ausencia de daños físico, o una vez atendidos aquellos, hace falta formalizar los sucesos en el correspondiente parte de accidentes. En el interior del vehículo Usted encontrará el formulario sobre la declaración amistosa de accidentes. Esta documentación tiene que estar entregada en la oficina más cercana de Auto Excellence Car Rental , a lo largo de las 48 horas siguientes, después de haber ocurrido el accidente. En el caso de tener el vehículo disponible para la movilidad, es necesario acercarse a la oficina más cercana de Auto Excellence Car Rental y entregar toda la documentación con respecto al accidente ocurrido. Además, y con el pago de un coste adicional, su vehículo puede ser sustituido por el otro vehículo. En el caso de la inmovilización del vehículo, póngase en contacto con nuestra oficina. Usted tendrá que proporcionarnos el número del contrato de alquiler o la matrícula del vehículo y señalar el lugar exacto del accidente ocurrido.

  • En el caso de avería o accidente, me proporcionarán un vehículo de sustitución?

    En el caso de un vehículo averiado, Usted podrá alquilar un nuevo vehículo con un descuento aplicado (si no ha sido adquirida la opción de “asistencia en carretera”. Por favor, tenga en cuenta, que la entrega del vehículo de sustitución al lugar del accidente se efectúa, tan solo y únicamente, previo el abono de un pago adicional por el desplazamiento, en el caso contrario Usted podrá recoger el vehículo en la oficina más cercana de Auto Excellence Car Rental

  • Me han puesto una multa?

    Si en el periodo de la vigencia de contrato de alquiler, a Usted le han puesto una multa administrativa, Usted tendrá que abonarla. Si el cliente no realiza el abono de forma voluntaria, la compañía proporcionará los datos de contacto del cliente al órgano administrativo correspondiente, para que le sea notificada la multa correspondiente. En este caso, la compañía le retendrá una cuantía de 35 € en concepto de gastos administrativos.

  • Usted ha dejado olvidadas sus partencias, una vez devuelto el vehículo?

    Por favor, póngase en contacto con su oficina para obtener más información. La compañía Auto Excellence Car Rental no se hace responsable por la pérdida de las cosas privadas del cliente.
    Modificaciones y cancelación de la reserva Quiero que me imitan una factura Una vez concluida la vigencia del contrato de alquiler, Usted podrá pedir la factura correspondiente en su oficina.

  • Con cuanto tiempo de antelación hay que avisar a la compañía Auto Excellence Car Rental sobre los posibles cambios en la reserva del vehículo?

    Mínimum, con 24 horas antes de la entrega del vehículo.

  • Podría realizar la cancelación de la reserva? Hay costes adicionales?

    En las reservas efectuadas a través de la página web oficial de Auto Excellence Car Rental no es posible efectuar la cancelación de la reserva. No se devuelve el importe ya abonado.
    En las reservas, efectuadas a través de las oficinas de Auto Excellence Car Rental , la cancelación es posible, pero se retendrá el importe previamente abonado (30 % del importe total de alquiler).

  • A donde tengo que dirigirme, si necesito modificar o cancelar mi reserva?

    Tanto para efectuar las modificaciones, como las cancelaciones de las reservas, póngase en contacto con nuestros agentes a través de: mobility@autoxc.es

  • Como podría modificar o cancelar la reserva efectuada a través de los agentes intermediarios?

    Obtenga toda la información, dirigiéndose directamente a su compañía intermediaria o bróker. La compañíaAuto Excellence Car Rental , tan solo y únicamente podrá modificar o cancelar las reservas efectuadas directamente con la compañía.

  • Las condiciones de alquiler: el kilometraje, el combustible, el seguro y servicios adicionales. Existe una edad mínima o máxima para poder alquiler el vehículo?

    En el momento de alquiler del vehículo, el cliente tiene que ser mayor de 18 años y tener el carnet de conducir con una antigüedad, al menos, de un año. Acuérdese, se aplica la modalidad de pago adicional diario, tanto en el caso de ser menor de 24 años, como en el caso de si su carnet de conducir tiene una antigüedad menor de un año. El abono de esta cuantía adicional, se tendrá que efectuar en la oficina, a la hora de la retirada del vehículo.

  • Quien podría ser el conductor del vehículo?

    Solo las personas expresamente indicadas en el contrato de alquiler (tanto el conductor principal, como los conductores adicionales) serán habilitadas para conducir el vehículo. (Máximo 5 conductores por el periodo de arrendamiento). Para poder añadir conductores a lo largo del periodo de alquiler, incluyéndolo en el contrato de alquiler, Usted tendrá que dirigirse a la oficina más cercana de Auto Excellence Car Rental . El nuevo conductor tendrá que aportar su permiso de conducir en vigor. Acuerde, el seguro no será de aplicación en el caso de un accidente de tráfico con persona no autorizada para conducir el vehículo.

  • Existe un límite en el kilometraje?

    Les ofrecemos un kilometraje limitado, aplicable a todo tipo de vehículos:
    • Alquiler desde 1 hasta 15 días : 150 км al día
    • Alquiler desde 16 hasta 30 días: 3000км por todo el periodo de alquiler.
    En el caso de superar el límite indicado previamente, el cliente tendrá que abonar cada kilómetro extra, según la tarifa prestablecida, 1.00€ por cada kilómetro

  • Cuál es la política de combustible?

    Como regla general, el vehículo se entrega con el depósito lleno de combustible (el tipo de combustible a usar está indicado en el contrato, en las llaves, sobre el cristal del vehículo y sobre el depósito de combustible).El vehículo hay que entregarlo con la misma cantidad de combustible que a la hora de la retirada. Si no hay combustible suficiente a la hora de la entrega del vehículo, el cliente lo abonará según las tarifas preestablecidas por la compañía, y además se aplicará un cargo adicional por el servicio de repostaje, por la cuantía de 15 €. Además, el cliente dispone de una opción adicional de prepago de combustible. Fíjese en la modalidad sobre la política de combustible que Usted haya escogido, que se encuentra reflejada en su contrato de alquiler.

  • Que es el sistema de prepago de combustible (lleno- vacío)?

    Usted podrá adquirir esta opción, solicitándola con antelación y devolver el vehículo con el depósito vacío. Las tarifas aplicables a esta modalidad varían dependiendo del modelo el vehículo.

  • Qué ocurre si he repostado el vehículo con un combustible que no corresponde?

    Si Usted, por equivocación, ha efectuado el repostaje del vehículo con un combustible erróneo, por favor, póngase en contacto con su oficina Auto Excellence Car Rental y avise sobre el error ocurrido. En ningún caso, debe Usted desplazar el vehículo del lugar de repostaje.

  • Que incluye el seguro básico ofrecido por la compañía?

    La modalidad de seguro básico, incluida en el precio de alquiler del vehículo, se compone por CDW, en caso de accidente y TP en caso de robo.

  • Que es CDW (seguro en caso de accidente de tráfico)?

    El seguro CDW o el seguro en caso de accidente, limita la responsabilidad del conducir del vehículo hasta el importe de la franquicia – que es el importe máximo que le retenemos de su depósito, en el caso de ocurrir algún tipo de accidente en el periodo de alquiler. Este tipo de seguro no se aplica en el caso de daños o rotura de lunas tanto delanteras, como traseras o laterales, neumáticos, perdida de llaves, rotura de las cerraduras, la grúa, etc.

  • Que es TP (seguro en el caso del robo)?

    TР o la cobertura en el caso del robo del vehículo, limita la responsabilidad del conductor hasta el importe de la franquicia- es el importe máximo, que le retenemos de su depósito, en el caso del robo o daños provocados por el intento del robo en el vehículo arrendado.

  • Que es la franquicia?

    Franquicia es el importe máximo, limitado por la cuantía de depósito, que nosotros retenemos de su depósito, en el caso de una posible avería o daño al vehículo a lo largo del periodo de alquiler.

  • En qué caso no se aplica la franquicia?

    La franquicia no se aplica en el caso de haber adquirido el seguro PREMIUM y PREMIUM +, directamente con la compañía Auto Excellence Car Rental . Además, Usted tendrá la cobertura contra el robo, daños en el esmalte del vehículo, daños en la carrocería, neumáticos, lunas y espejos.

  • Podría yo adquirir un seguro adicional?

    A la hora de realizar la reserva a través de la página web Auto Excellence Car Rental , se incluye en el precio de alquiler el seguro básico obligatorio CDW. Además, de lo reservado a través de la página web, Usted podrá ampliar las coberturas a la hora de la recogida del vehículo. Si solicita el seguro PREMIUM Y PREMIUM +, no se le aplicará la franquicia (además, con el seguro PREMIUM + el importe del depósito se verá reducido hasta 50 %). El importe del seguro ampliado, varía dependiendo del periodo de arrendamiento y la modalidad del vehículo.

  • Qué incluye cada uno de los tipos de seguro?

    Todos nuestros vehículos están asegurados a todo riesgo con franquicia de 2.000€ en caso de daños, robo o siniestro.

    Asistencia en la carretera
    La limpieza e integridad del vehículo
    Pérdida o daño a los accesorios

    ATENCIÓN!
    Todo tipo de seguros cubren, exclusivamente, los daños externos, arriba señalados, y en ningún momento cubren los daños internos del vehículo.

  • Qué ocurre si ya dispongo de un seguro con otra compañía?

    Si Usted ya dispone de un seguro propio o un seguro adicional para su tarjeta de crédito o seguro ofrecido por la compañía intermediaria a través de la cual se efectuó la reserva, entonces, es importante recordar, que en todo caso, este seguro no tendrá la misma aplicación que un seguro ofrecido por Auto Excellence Car Rental . Y por ello, Usted tendrá que abonar la cuantía integra del depósito con franquicia o adquirir un seguro adicional, ofrecido por Auto Excellence Car Rental . Si a lo largo del periodo de alquiler, el vehículo sufra daños de algún tipo, Usted lo abonará con el importe del depósito entregado y posteriormente podrá pedir el reintegro de la cuantía abonada a la compañía, donde adquirió la póliza de seguro correspondiente.

  • Qué servicio adicional ofrece Auto Excellence Car Rental ?

    En el momento de efectuar la reserva a través de nuestra página web, Usted, podrá ver la lista completa de todos los servicios adicionales que se le ofrecen y sus precios correspondientes.

    • Conductor adicional (máximo 2 conductores por un arrendamiento)
    • Conductor joven (hasta 25 años o la antigüedad del carnet de conducir menos de 1 año)
    • El asiento de bebé o un elevador (0-15 kg)
    • Modalidad del combustible “Lleno- vacío”
    • GPS navegador.
    • Asistencia en carretera
    • Entrega del vehículo Le sugerimos que haga su reserva con antelación, para poder asegurarle los servicios adicionales requeridos para el momento de alquiler.

  • Qué incluye la asistencia en carretera»?

    Asistencia en carretera- es un servicio adicional para resolver varios inconvenientes surgidos a lo largo del periodo de alquiler. Nuestros agentes les proporcionarán un asesoramiento eficaz y le ayudara en el caso del pinchazo del neumático, descarga de la batería, pérdida de llaves, etc. En el caso de un accidente de tráfico les proporcionaremos un vehículo de sustitución. Sin tener la asistencia en carretera contratada, este servicio será de pago.

  • Cuál es el importe del depósito y cuál es su finalidad?

    El depósito se usa para cubrir los gastos adicionales, los que puedan surgir en el momento del alquiler del vehículo:

    • El kilometraje adicional
    • Devolución del vehículo con retraso
    • Días adicionales de alquiler
    • Combustible insuficiente a la entrega
    • Daños en el interior del vehículo
    • Perdida de llaves
    • Pérdida o la rotura de los accesorios (GPS navegador и т.д.)
    • La conducción temeraria
    • El incumplimiento de las condiciones generales de alquiler.
    El importe del depósito será retenido de su tarjeta de crédito y varía dependiendo de la modalidad del vehículo: desde 750 € hasta 6000 €. Si adquiere el seguro PREMIUM +, el importe del depósito se verá reducido al 50 %

The following categories of personal data may be processed by our company in connection with our services:


- Master data: these include e.g. first name, surname, address (private and/or work), date of birth.


-Contact details: this includes, for example, the telephone number, the e-mail address (private and/or business), the fax number if applicable, the content of the communications (such as e-mails, letters, faxes).


-Contractual data: this includes, for example, information about the rental (vehicle category, date of pick-up and delivery, pick-up and delivery station, contracted extras/services), number of the rental contract, reservation number, driver`s license data, photo of the driver`s license, registration number of the vehicle you have rented and information about customer and partner loyalty programmes.


- Financial information, such as credit card details


- Voluntary information : this includes data that you provide to us voluntarily without our expressly asking for it, such as wishes regarding vehicle equipment or indication of preferred vehicle category.


-Special categories of data: in the event of an accident, damage to the vehicle or similar incident, we process the information regarding what happened and the damage caused. These data may be provided by customers, passengers or injured parties. In these cases, health-related data may also be processed, such as information on injuries, blood alcohol concentration, driving under the influence of drugs or similar.


-Third-party data: If you provide us with personal data of third parties (e.g. family members, a second driver, passengers) in the context of your contractual relationship, we will also process these data.


-Location data: location data are data that we can process when location is enabled on our website and/or a vehicle is equipped with remote tracking telematic systems.



C: Legal foundations of data processing in AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL.


Article 6(1). 1, first sentence letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPS): according to this provision, the processing of personal data is allowed when you have given your consent to do so.


Article 6, paragraph 1, first sentence, letter b) of the GPRS: in accordance with this provision, processing of personal data is lawful if it is necessary for the execution of a contract to which you are a party, or for the purpose of taking the necessary steps upon your request for rental prior to the conclusion of a contract (e.g. for the reservation of a vehicle).



Article 6, paragraph 1, first sentence, letter c) of the RGPD: according to this provision, the processing of data is lawful when it is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation of AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL.



Article 6(1), first sentence, letter f) of the RGPD: according to this provision, the processing of personal data is lawful when it is necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the controller, i.e. AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL, or a third party, provided that such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subjects, i.e. theirs.


Article 9(2)(f) of the GPRS: according to this provision, special categories of personal data may be processed when such processing is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims. The special categories of personal data also include data on the health of the data subjects.



D: Purpose of the treatment in AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL.


  1. Reservation of vehicle rental.


Purposes of treatment


We process your master data, contact data, contract data, financial data and any other voluntary information for the reservation, conclusion and execution of the rental contract.


We also use the master data, contact data and contractual data for customer service in the event that you, as a customer, contact us, e.g. in case of complaints, lost property procedure, change of reservation or similar.


If you book your vehicle through a travel agency, an online travel agency or other intermediaries, our partners will transfer your master data, contact data, rental information and, if applicable, financial data to us.


We also use your master data and contract data for the calculation of provisions and for commercial management (e.g. with travel agencies, agency/franchise partners/collaborators). In addition, we transfer your data to partner companies if we do not have the vehicle or type of vehicle you require.


On the other hand, we are obliged by law to provide certain data to the Security Forces and Bodies, as well as to Judicial Authorities with the aim of preventing or clarifying criminal acts. And this is in order to guarantee security and to be able to make effective the application of state laws.


We also use your data for your and our security, e.g. to prevent payment defaults and for the prevention of property crimes

in particular, fraud, theft and embezzlement


In our offices we use a technology that verifies the authenticity of identification documents (especially the driver`s license) and records the data electronically rather than manually.


If you wish to pay your rent by means of a monthly invoice, we process your master and financial data to check your solvency by consulting information we obtain from credit agencies.


After the mutual fulfilment of the rental agreement, your master, financial and contractual data remain stored until the legal retention periods have expired.

Article 6 (1) first sentence (b) of the RGPD for processing for the purpose of reservation, execution and fulfilment of rental contracts and customer care.


Article 6(1), first sentence, point f) of the GPRS for processing for the purposes of invoicing against third parties, for enforcing claims themselves, as well as for risk prevention and avoiding fraud.


Article 6(1), first sentence, point (c) of the GPRS for processing for the purposes of recognition, prevention and clarification of criminal offences, verification and storage of driving licence data and tax obligations for record-keeping

Our legitimate interest in using your personal data to improve our performance and customer service is to provide you with the best possible services and to durably increase customer satisfaction.



With regard to the processing of data for the purpose of avoiding damage to our company or our vehicles by means of appropriate analyses, our legitimate interest is to ensure the security of costs and to avoid economic disadvantages caused, for example, by non-payment or loss of our vehicles.


Categories of recipients of your data

In addition to the above-mentioned purposes (especially to inform cooperation partners about a reservation or to process credit card payments with your credit card company), we disclose your data to the following recipients: IT service providers, call centres, collection agencies, financial service providers, credit agencies, group companies, cooperation partners or cooperation agencies.


As part of our measures to prevent fraud, we also transmit, in situations where third parties have been, or are at risk of being, defrauded, personal data to such third parties who have been, or are at risk of being, defrauded.


  1. Marketing and direct marketing.


Purposes of treatment.


We process your master data, contact data and contractual data for the implementation of loyalty and bonus programmes (including our own programmes and those of our cooperation partners), the optimisation of customer offers, market or public opinion research, as well as for the realisation of customer events (see → Events and donations).

  1. Corporate Clients / Payments made by third parties


If you rent a vehicle through your employer, we also process your data for the purposes described in this Data Privacy Policy. This also applies mutatis mutandis if a third party has to pay the bill.


Categories of recipients of your data

We pass on the personal data collected during the rental period (in particular in the form of invoices and rental contracts, possibly also in the form of monthly statements, as well as possible traffic fines and accident reports) to your employer or to the third party who is to pay your bill.


We work with service providers to enable corporate clients to enter into electronic framework contracts. If you wish, we can forward your name and e-mail address to our



services for this purpose (in particular, DocuSign). The service provider sends you a personal link so that you can sign the contract electronically.


Legal basis for the above-mentioned processing

Article 6 (1) first sentence (b) of the GPRS for processing for the purpose of reservation, execution and performance of rental agreements and framework agreements, as well as customer care. Otherwise, Article 6(1), first sentence, letter f) of the GPRS.


Legitimate interest, provided that processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RGPD


With regard to the processing of data for the purpose of settling the account with your employer or third parties or to clarify facts (in particular in the case of accidents or infringements) our legitimate interest is to be able to claim the amounts of invoices and other claims or to determine the party against whom damages are claimed.


  1. Damages, accidents, offences


Purposes of treatment

In cases when you detect damage to our vehicles, or if you or a third party cause damage to them, or traffic and road regulations are violated during vehicle rental, or you or a third party are involved in an accident with one of our vehicles, we process your master data, contact data, contractual data, financial data and, if applicable, health-related data for the following purposes:


- Reception and examination of complaints,


- Customer service in the event of a claim,


- Processing of damages and;


-Processing of claims (processing on the basis of your information and information from third parties, such as the police, the next tenant, witnesses, etc.)



This also includes the processing of the above-mentioned data categories for the purpose of settlement of damages, e.g. against insurance companies and brokers.


In relation to claims and accidents, we process your master, contact and contractual data also for the purpose of providing assistance through AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL`s road assistance services and mobility guarantee


We also process your master data, contact data and contractual data in order to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. notifications to investigative bodies, identification of drivers, for traffic offences).


In the event that the competent authorities suspect that you have committed an offence or a crime with one of our vehicles, we process, in addition to your stored master data, the data provided to us by the competent authorities.


We also process your master data, contact data, financial data, contractual data and, if applicable, health-related data for the purpose of insuring and enforcing our own claims against you, e.g. in the event of non-payment or damage to our vehicles.



Legal foundations of the treatment.

Article 6(1) first sentence letter c) of the RGPD for the treatment with the purpose of processing accidents and the duty to identify drivers who have committed a traffic violation, established in Article 11 of the Royal Legislative Decree

6/2015, of 30 October, approving the Consolidated Text of the Law on Traffic, Circulation of Motor Vehicles and Safety

Our legitimate interest in processing your data for the purpose of settling damages and enforcing our own claims against you lies in preventing damage to our company and making undamaged vehicles available to our customers. Furthermore, on the basis of contractual relations with third parties (e.g. insurance companies) we are obliged to process your data for the purpose of damage settlement. Our legitimate interest in this respect is to ensure the fulfilment of contracts.

In addition to the above-mentioned purposes, we disclose your data to the following recipients: Authorities (investigative bodies; regulatory bodies; law enforcement agencies, government


public), collection agencies, experts, assistance providers, lawyers and solicitors, insurance brokers and insurance companies.



Connected vehicles. Remote location systems.


Purposes of treatment

AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL vehicles can be equipped with the so-called "connected vehicle" functions that allow us to process location data as well as information about the vehicle`s status, remote location systems such as the expiry date for the next service, the vehicle`s lock, its speed, the status of sensors or the activation of safety systems (e.g. airbags). These data are processed solely for the purpose of managing the rental process when using our website (e.g. online validation, authentication, reservation and rental via the Auto Excellence Mobility website), preventing property offences if the vehicle is not returned within the contractually agreed upon period or if it is used outside the contractually agreed upon geographic area (as well as in border or port areas), for the maintenance and care of our fleet, as well as for establishing, verifying and investigating vehicle damage or accidents. AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL collects this data itself or receives it from the respective vehicle manufacturer or from third party suppliers linked to insurance companies.

and accidents with vehicles, lies in protecting our fleet of vehicles, as well as our contractual and non-contractual rights.

For certain markets and vehicle categories, we can work with external geolocation service providers to prevent property crime. For the prevention and/or investigation of property crimes, your data may be passed on to the Authorities (investigative bodies; regulatory bodies; law enforcement agencies).

We process the master data, contact data, contract data, financial data and location data to meet the legal obligations to which AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL is subject. In order to improve the quality of the offer and services to our customers we process their master and contract data on the basis of an algorithm, also in order to create profiles and probability values on future rentals and the use of our offers.


We also process your master data, contact data and contractual data within the framework of our collaboration with our franchisees, cooperation partners and collaborating agencies, as well as for the purpose of optimising processes and related offers (see → Reservation and rental of vehicles).


In addition, we process address data from external service providers for the purpose of updating our address lists, as well as to ensure the accuracy of the master data to ensure that our contract management is correct.

F: Duration of storage / criteria for the duration of storage


AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL stores your personal data until the purpose justifying the processing disappears. When it is obliged by law to store personal data, this storage is done for the time legally required. In the case of commercial documentation, which includes commercial books and accounting documents (such as invoices), the storage period is 6 years (Art. 30 of the Commercial Code). During this time your data may be subject to restricted access in respect of day-to-day operations if their processing has no other purpose.



G: Rights of those affected.


Rights in accordance with Articles 15 to 18 and 20 of the GPRS.


Access: You have the right to demand information about your stored personal data from us at reasonable intervals (Art. 15

If the processing of your data by AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or based on the exercise of public authority over the Controller - art. 6, paragraph 1, first sentence, letter e) of the RGPD -, or the processing of data is based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing at any time, on the basis of your particular situation.

-Contractual data: this includes, for example, information about the rental (vehicle category, date of pick-up and delivery, pick-up and delivery station, contracted extras/services), number of the rental contract, reservation number, driver`s license data, photo of the driver`s license, registration number of the vehicle you have rented and information about customer and partner loyalty programmes.


- Financial information, such as credit card details


- Voluntary information : this includes data that you provide to us voluntarily without our expressly asking for it, such as wishes regarding vehicle equipment or indication of preferred vehicle category.


-Special categories of data: in the event of an accident, damage to the vehicle or similar incident, we process the information regarding what happened and the damage caused. These data may be provided by customers, passengers or injured parties. In these cases, health-related data may also be processed, such as information on injuries, blood alcohol concentration, driving under the influence of drugs or similar.


-Third-party data: If you provide us with personal data of third parties (e.g. family members, a second driver, passengers) in the context of your contractual relationship, we will also process these data.


-Location data: location data are data that we can process when location is enabled on our website and/or a vehicle is equipped with remote tracking telematic systems.



C: Legal foundations of data processing in AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL.


Article 6(1). 1, first sentence letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPS): according to this provision, the processing of personal data is allowed when you have given your consent to do so.


Article 6, paragraph 1, first sentence, letter b) of the GPRS: in accordance with this provision, processing of personal data is lawful if it is necessary for the execution of a contract to which you are a party, or for the purpose of taking the necessary steps upon your request for rental prior to the conclusion of a contract (e.g. for the reservation of a vehicle).



Article 6, paragraph 1, first sentence, letter c) of the RGPD: according to this provision, the processing of data is lawful when it is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation of AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL.



Article 6(1), first sentence, letter f) of the RGPD: according to this provision, the processing of personal data is lawful when it is necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the controller, i.e. AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL, or a third party, provided that such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subjects, i.e. theirs.


Article 9(2)(f) of the GPRS: according to this provision, special categories of personal data may be processed when such processing is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims. The special categories of personal data also include data on the health of the data subjects.



D: Purpose of the treatment in AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL.


  1. Reservation of vehicle rental.


Purposes of treatment


We process your master data, contact data, contract data, financial data and any other voluntary information for the reservation, conclusion and execution of the rental contract.


We also use the master data, contact data and contractual data for customer service in the event that you, as a customer, contact us, e.g. in case of complaints, lost property procedure, change of reservation or similar.


If you book your vehicle through a travel agency, an online travel agency or other intermediaries, our partners will transfer your master data, contact data, rental information and, if applicable, financial data to us.


We also use your master data and contract data for the calculation of provisions and for commercial management (e.g. with travel agencies, agency/franchise partners/collaborators). In addition, we transfer your data to partner companies if we do not have the vehicle or type of vehicle you require.


On the other hand, we are obliged by law to provide certain data to the Security Forces and Bodies, as well as to Judicial Authorities with the aim of preventing or clarifying criminal acts. And this is in order to guarantee security and to be able to make effective the application of state laws.


We also use your data for your and our security, e.g. to prevent payment defaults and for the prevention of property crimes

in particular, fraud, theft and embezzlement


In our offices we use a technology that verifies the authenticity of identification documents (especially the driver`s license) and records the data electronically rather than manually.


If you wish to pay your rent by means of a monthly invoice, we process your master and financial data to check your solvency by consulting information we obtain from credit agencies.


After the mutual fulfilment of the rental agreement, your master, financial and contractual data remain stored until the legal retention periods have expired.

Article 6 (1) first sentence (b) of the RGPD for processing for the purpose of reservation, execution and fulfilment of rental contracts and customer care.

With regard to the processing of data for the purpose of avoiding damage to our company or our vehicles by means of appropriate analyses, our legitimate interest is to ensure the security of costs and to avoid economic disadvantages caused, for example, by non-payment or loss of our vehicles.


Categories of recipients of your data

In addition to the above-mentioned purposes (especially to inform cooperation partners about a reservation or to process credit card payments with your credit card company), we disclose your data to the following recipients: IT service providers, call centres, collection agencies, financial service providers, credit agencies, group companies, cooperation partners or cooperation agencies.


As part of our measures to prevent fraud, we also transmit, in situations where third parties have been, or are at risk of being, defrauded, personal data to such third parties who have been, or are at risk of being, defrauded.


  1. Marketing and direct marketing.


Purposes of treatment.


We process your master data, contact data and contractual data for the implementation of loyalty and bonus programmes (including our own programmes and those of our cooperation partners), the optimisation of customer offers, market or public opinion research, as well as for the realisation of customer events (see → Events and donations).

  1. Corporate Clients / Payments made by third parties


If you rent a vehicle through your employer, we also process your data for the purposes described in this Data Privacy Policy. This also applies mutatis mutandis if a third party has to pay the bill.

We pass on the personal data collected during the rental period (in particular in the form of invoices and rental contracts, possibly also in the form of monthly statements, as well as possible traffic fines and accident reports) to your employer or to the third party who is to pay your bill.


We work with service providers to enable corporate clients to enter into electronic framework contracts. If you wish, we can forward your name and e-mail address to our



services for this purpose (in particular, DocuSign). The service provider sends you a personal link so that you can sign the contract electronically.

Article 6 (1) first sentence (b) of the GPRS for processing for the purpose of reservation, execution and performance of rental agreements and framework agreements, as well as customer care. Otherwise, Article 6(1), first sentence, letter f) of the GPRS.

With regard to the processing of data for the purpose of settling the account with your employer or third parties or to clarify facts (in particular in the case of accidents or infringements) our legitimate interest is to be able to claim the amounts of invoices and other claims or to determine the party against whom damages are claimed.


  1. Damages, accidents, offences


Purposes of treatment

In cases when you detect damage to our vehicles, or if you or a third party cause damage to them, or traffic and road regulations are violated during vehicle rental, or you or a third party are involved in an accident with one of our vehicles, we process your master data, contact data, contractual data, financial data and, if applicable, health-related data for the following purposes:


- Reception and examination of complaints,


- Customer service in the event of a claim,


- Processing of damages and;


-Processing of claims (processing on the basis of your information and information from third parties, such as the police, the next tenant, witnesses, etc.)



This also includes the processing of the above-mentioned data categories for the purpose of settlement of damages, e.g. against insurance companies and brokers.


In relation to claims and accidents, we process your master, contact and contractual data also for the purpose of providing assistance through AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL`s road assistance services and mobility guarantee


We also process your master data, contact data and contractual data in order to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. notifications to investigative bodies, identification of drivers, for traffic offences).


In the event that the competent authorities suspect that you have committed an offence or a crime with one of our vehicles, we process, in addition to your stored master data, the data provided to us by the competent authorities.


We also process your master data, contact data, financial data, contractual data and, if applicable, health-related data for the purpose of insuring and enforcing our own claims against you, e.g. in the event of non-payment or damage to our vehicles.



Legal foundations of the treatment.

Article 6(1) first sentence letter c) of the RGPD for the treatment with the purpose of processing accidents and the duty to identify drivers who have committed a traffic violation, established in Article 11 of the Royal Legislative Decree

Furthermore, on the basis of contractual relations with third parties (e.g. insurance companies) we are obliged to process your data for the purpose of damage settlement. Our legitimate interest in this respect is to ensure the fulfilment of contracts.

In addition to the above-mentioned purposes, we disclose your data to the following recipients: Authorities (investigative bodies; regulatory bodies; law enforcement agencies, government


public), collection agencies, experts, assistance providers, lawyers and solicitors, insurance brokers and insurance companies.



Connected vehicles. Remote location systems.


Purposes of treatment

AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL vehicles can be equipped with the so-called "connected vehicle" functions that allow us to process location data as well as information about the vehicle`s status, remote location systems such as the expiry date for the next service, the vehicle`s lock, its speed, the status of sensors or the activation of safety systems (e.g. airbags). These data are processed solely for the purpose of managing the rental process when using our website (e.g. online validation, authentication, reservation and rental via the Auto Excellence Mobility website), preventing property offences if the vehicle is not returned within the contractually agreed upon period or if it is used outside the contractually agreed upon geographic area (as well as in border or port areas), for the maintenance and care of our fleet, as well as for establishing, verifying and investigating vehicle damage or accidents. AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL collects this data itself or receives it from the respective vehicle manufacturer or from third party suppliers linked to insurance companies.

For certain markets and vehicle categories, we can work with external geolocation service providers to prevent property crime. For the prevention and/or investigation of property crimes, your data may be passed on to the Authorities (investigative bodies; regulatory bodies; law enforcement agencies).

In order to improve the quality of the offer and services to our customers we process their master and contract data on the basis of an algorithm, also in order to create profiles and probability values on future rentals and the use of our offers.


We also process your master data, contact data and contractual data within the framework of our collaboration with our franchisees, cooperation partners and collaborating agencies, as well as for the purpose of optimising processes and related offers (see → Reservation and rental of vehicles).


In addition, we process address data from external service providers for the purpose of updating our address lists, as well as to ensure the accuracy of the master data to ensure that our contract management is correct.

F: Duration of storage / criteria for the duration of storage


AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL stores your personal data until the purpose justifying the processing disappears. When it is obliged by law to store personal data, this storage is done for the time legally required. In the case of commercial documentation, which includes commercial books and accounting documents (such as invoices), the storage period is 6 years (Art. 30 of the Commercial Code). During this time your data may be subject to restricted access in respect of day-to-day operations if their processing has no other purpose.



G: Rights of those affected.


Rights in accordance with Articles 15 to 18 and 20 of the GPRS.


Access: You have the right to demand information about your stored personal data from us at reasonable intervals (Art. 15

RGPD). This information refers to knowing whether or not AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL has stored your personal data, to knowing the categories of data and the purpose of their processing. Upon request, AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL will provide you with a copy of the data being processed.

You are not contractually or legally obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, please note that you may not enter into any contract with us for vehicle rental, nor may you use our services if we cannot collect and process the data necessary for the mentioned purposes.


Right of opposition at any time according to article 21 of the RGPD.


If the processing of your data by AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or based on the exercise of public authority over the Controller - art. 6, paragraph 1, first sentence, letter e) of the RGPD -, or the processing of data is based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing at any time, on the basis of your particular situation.


AUTO EXCELLENCE CAR RENTAL will cease processing unless we establish compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that prevail over your interests in terminating the processing.


Opposition to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing is possible at any time without limitation.


Right of revocation in case of consent.
